Where venues lose couples

Couples compare several venues at once, often on a phone and often late at night. These are the four places a good venue can lose them.

  1. The slow reply

One in two couples expect to hear back from a vendor within 24 hours Source: WeddingPro, 2026

A couple fills in your form late in the evening, then moves on to the next venue on their list. By the time a reply comes the next afternoon, other venues may already have answered.

Every inquiry gets a reply within a minute, by email at any hour and by text between 8 am and 9 pm, with the date status and a link to pick a tour time.

  2. The hidden price

70% of couples say vendor pricing transparency is very influential Source: WeddingPro, 2025

A couple with a budget scans your site for a number and finds none. They wonder whether it is hidden because it is high, and the next venue on their list shows a starting price.

Your starting-at prices sit on the page in plain view, so the couples who inquire already know the range.

  3. No way to book a tour

Couples contact five venues on average and tour four Source: WeddingPro venue report

A couple decides they want to see your venue in person. Your site offers a contact form, so they send a message and wait, while the venue down the road lets them pick a tour time on the spot.

A tour booking calendar linked to your own Google or Outlook calendar, so a couple can pick a time at midnight and it lands in your calendar.

  4. The slow mobile page

53% of mobile site visits are likely to be abandoned if pages take longer than 3 seconds to load Source: Google, 2016

A couple opens your site on a phone, in bed, on a weak connection. The hero photo is still loading when they tap back.

Built for a phone first, with every image sized and compressed, so the page loads fast on a weak connection.

The demo below shows the reply, the price and the tour booking working on a phone.

How it works

Three steps. The first one costs nothing, and you see the work before you decide.

  1. 1

    Free concept in 48 hours

Send me your venue's website address. Within 48 hours, weekends included, you get a private preview link to a homepage concept made from your current photos, working on phone and desktop. The clock starts when your request arrives with your website address; if I need anything else, I say so in my first reply and the clock starts when I have it.

  2. 2

    You decide

Love it, or walk away. If you walk away, you owe nothing, and the preview link comes down after 30 days. If it's a yes, I give you a launch date when you say yes, and the $997 setup is due before the full build starts.

  3. 3

    Launch

I connect your domain, your site goes live and the monthly system switches on: hosting, instant email replies, the tour booking calendar and monthly updates. Texting switches on when carrier registration is approved, usually within one to two weeks.

Our own wedding

What you get

A venue website built around the three things a couple wants to know on a phone: is my date open, what does it cost to start, when can I see it. Then a monthly system that answers for you when you can't.

The site

Check your date
A couple types a date and sees whether it looks open. You keep the booked dates in a shared Google Sheet, or send them to me and I update the list.
Starting-at prices and packages
Your starting prices in plain view, so couples inquire already knowing the range.
Tour booking calendar
Linked to your Google or Outlook calendar. Booked tours land in it, and the couple gets a confirmation and a reminder.
Real weddings gallery
Photos from your site and social, with your OK. Originals are welcome.
Spaces and capacity
Each space, what it holds and how it is used, so the guest-count question is answered early.
Real reviews
Only real reviews, with the name as shown publicly and the source.
Owners
A short section on who runs the venue, the people a couple will meet on the tour.
FAQ
The questions couples ask before a tour: rain plan, capacity, what's included, how booking works.
Location
Where you are and how to get there.
Mobile-first and fast
Built for a phone first, with every image sized and compressed, so it loads fast on a weak connection.
Structured data
Structured data so Google and AI search understand your venue: what it is, where it is, and how to inquire.

I write the copy from your current site, listings and reviews plus a short call. You approve it before launch.

The monthly system, $397 a month Everything that answers a couple when you are mid-event, asleep or on a tour.

Hosting
Hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with a short monthly note from me on visits, inquiries and booked tours.
Monthly updates
Small changes, like text, prices, packages, photos, FAQs, dates and seasonal notes, whenever you need them, done within 2 business days.
An instant reply to every inquiry
Every website inquiry gets a reply within a minute, by email at any hour and by text between 8 am and 9 pm your time, in wording you approve.
Missed-call text back
You keep your number. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text within seconds that asks about their date and links to the tour calendar.
The tour booking calendar
The calendar from the site, kept linked to yours, with a confirmation and a reminder for every tour.

You get an email for every inquiry, and a mobile inbox app where every inquiry, text and missed call sits in one place, so you can reply from your phone.

Who builds your site

Bruno Molan in a white polo

Hi, I'm Bruno Molan. Tour to Aisle is my studio, and I'm the one who designs and builds every site, writes the copy, sets up the replies and answers your emails. Nothing gets handed to anyone else.

Tour to Aisle works only with wedding venues. One kind of client lets me do it properly. I'm also getting married in May 2027, so I've just been through the venue search as a couple. My fiancée and I have booked a venue, and I designed and built the wedding website myself.

I'm based in Zagreb, Croatia, and I work with US venues. Walkthrough calls run on weekdays from noon to 3:30 pm Eastern, 9 am to 12:30 pm Pacific, and the booking calendar shows the times in your time zone.

Questions venues ask

Plain answers. If yours isn't here, email me at [email protected].

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?

There is no fixed term and no notice period. You can cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid, and there are no refunds for partial months. The $997 setup is refunded in full if you cancel before the full build starts; after that it is non-refundable. Your price stays locked for as long as you stay.

What do I own if I leave?

Your content is always yours: text, photos, reviews, name and logo. The domain is in your name the whole time. If you leave, you get a zip of the complete built site that runs on any standard host, and the site stays up for 30 days so you can move it. The monthly system stops, and you can export your contacts as a CSV.

What if I don't like the concept?

You walk away and owe nothing. The concept is a private preview link to one homepage, working on phone and desktop, and the link comes down after 30 days. I keep the declined concept and may reuse its layout ideas, but your name and photos are never used anywhere else, and you can keep screenshots for your own reference.

Where are you based, and when do you take calls?

I'm in Zagreb, Croatia, and I work with US venues. Walkthrough calls are 15 minutes on Google Meet, weekdays from noon to 3:30 pm Eastern, which is 9 am to 12:30 pm Pacific. The booking calendar shows the exact times in your time zone. Around the daylight saving changes, the window moves by an hour for a week or two.

How does the instant reply work, and what does it say?

When a couple sends your website form, a reply goes out within a minute: by email at any hour, and by text between 8 am and 9 pm your time if they ticked the consent box. You approve the exact wording at setup; it thanks them from your venue by name, gives the date status if they named a date, your starting price if you show one, a link to pick a tour time, and who follows up personally and when.

Missed calls get the same treatment: you keep your number and forward unanswered calls to a local number registered in your venue's name, and the caller gets a text within seconds that says sorry for the missed call, asks what date they have in mind and links to the tour calendar. The number, the carrier registration and normal texting volume are inside the $397; carrier approval usually takes one to two weeks, so texting switches on a little after launch, and if texting ever goes far past normal use, I talk to you before anything changes.

Do I need to change my booking software?

No. Keep your booking software for contracts and payments; the site handles the instant reply and the tour booking, and tours land in your calendar. The date check is kept simple: you mark booked dates in a shared Google Sheet, or send them to me and I update the list, with no sync to your booking software. The tour calendar links to your Google or Outlook calendar, so your busy times block the slots.

I already list on The Knot. Why do I need my own site?

Keep it. The listing helps couples find you. Your own site is where they check your date, see your starting price and book a tour without waiting for a reply. One note: the instant reply covers inquiries from your website form and missed calls, not emails forwarded from The Knot or WeddingWire.

Do I need to send you photos and copy?

Nothing to start. The free concept uses your website address and your public photos. For the full site, I write the copy from your current site, listings and reviews plus a short call, and you approve it before launch. Photos come from your site and social with your OK, and originals are welcome.

How do edits work after launch?

Small changes are included: text, prices, packages, photos, FAQs, dates and seasonal notes, whenever you need them, done within 2 business days. A new page, a new kind of section or a redesign is quoted first.

Why only wedding venues?

One kind of client lets me do it properly. I'm also getting married in May 2027, so I've just been through the venue search as a couple. Tour to Aisle works only with wedding venues, so every site I build starts from the same three questions a couple asks: is my date open, what does it cost to start, when can I see it.

Get your free homepage concept

Send me your venue's website address and I'll design a homepage concept for you within 48 hours, weekends included. If you love it, the full site is $997 setup and $397 a month, cancel anytime. If not, you walk away and owe nothing.
